Location:
During the 19th century, the flow of emigration from the Central to the West Valley established the towns of San Ramón, Palmares, Naranjo and Grecia. San Ramón, Palmares, Naranjo and Grecía enjoy pleasant weather year round. This region has well defined dry and rainy seasons.
Harvest:
Harvesting of the beans goes on for about four months - November through February, coinciding with the dry season and end of year celebrations creating the picking to occur under a festive, Christmas atmosphere. .
Organoleptic properties:
Coffee from the west valley is well known for its properties: very good acidity, body, aroma and unmistakeable origin. Harmonious cups are characteristic this coffee.
